УИХ-ын чуулганы нэгдсэн хуралдаанаар Монгол Улсын 2022 оны Төсвийн тухай хуульд өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай хуулийн төслийг хэлэлцэж байна. Уг хуулийг дагалдаж, “Шинэ сэргэлтийн бодлого”-д дэвшүүлсэн Төрийн бүтээмжийн сэргэлтийн хүрээнд Төрийн хэмнэлтийн тухай анхдагч хуулийг УИХ-д өргөн барьсан юм.

Уг хуулийн төсөлд төсөв хэмнэх зорилгоор дараах зардлуудыг төрөөс төлөхгүй байхаар тусгажээ.

-Гар утасны төлбөр

-Албаны бус автотээврийн хэрэгслийн шатахууны төлбөр

-Ээлжийн амралтаараа дотоодын амралт, сувиллын газарт эсвэл эхнэр болон нөхрийн төрсөн нутагт амрах тохиолдолд түүний очих, ирэх замын зардал

-Хэвлэлийн захиалгын төлбөр зэргийг санхүүжүүлж, зарцуулахыг хориглоно.
